The engineering and manufacturing management teams at the Procter & Gamble manufacturing facility in Belleville, Ontario, are hiring.


The Belleville facility leads the global product and technology development for our largest category of AlwaysTM products and is the exclusive supplier of AlwaysTM feminine protection products for North America.

Workplace Duties:

Product Supply - Manufacturing Technical Manager Manufacturing is in charge of all facets of product creation and is acknowledged as a pioneer in the field when it comes to creating cutting-edge technology and production methods. Plant managers are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including employee motivation, equipment and process safety, quality control, and dependability. Our production location is where your manufacturing management career begins. As a process engineer, your duties may include analyzing and optimizing the production process; as a start-up leader, your responsibilities may include implementing new equipment and product upgrades; or as a raw material manager, your duties may include managing our suppliers' relationships to maximize the raw materials required for the production process.

Workplace Requirements

This job is located in the Belleville, Ontario site and is in-person. Although degrees from any field will be taken into consideration, preference will be given to those with university degrees (or those in their final year of study) in engineering at the bachelor, master, or MBA levels with a technical undergraduate degree.
